The Koran called a directly and explicitly invitation for mental consideration and meditation, examination and flipping to realize it, commit human responsibility, since the mind is the commissioning requirement in Islam.

It stated in many verses of Koran which show the mind’s derivatives and its functions, its uses, until we reach the importance of thinking in human life.

The thinking as a humanity property has great importance that is considered the bright light that illuminates the human success outlets, so the focused and serious education intended to teach thought processes and refining its skills to make the learner able to employ the knowledge and skills acquired to succeed, Educating thinking has become a necessity imposed by time to meet the challenges imposed by globalization.

The development of thinking skills depends on several factors, the most important is the teacher because the results that have been achieved from the application of any program depends largely on the quality of education within the classroom.

from this standpoint we ask the following questions: • What is the nature and status of thinking in the Koran? • What is the creative thinking skills? • What is the concept of elicitation from the Koran and what the thinking skills related to that? • What is the role of the teacher in the development of creative thinking skills elicited from the Koran?
