Divorce leads to many disorders including juvenile delinquency which identifies the prevalent in Algerian society.

Therefore we have chosen to conduct this study centre in re-education placement of Annaba، To this end we have adopted clinical approach as the appropriate approach to study، Using the case study method and has been used tools is the interview test draw man، The study was conducted on two ordinary resident status ،The results of the study was that divorce impact on adolescent delinquency in the form of displacement، theft، drug abuse، sexual harassment and aggression directed towards oneself and towards others
