The study aimed to determine the degree of commitment of managers consolidating educational accountability of teachers, and to identify the most important requirements and obstacles, and its role in improving the performance of teachers in Côte d'Ivoire schools from their perspective, The study used the descriptive survey by questionnaire which included (51) phrase, divided into four themes: the degree of commitment of managers consolidating educational accountability of teachers, important requirements and obstacles, its role in improving the performance of teachers in Côte d'Ivoire schools, the study found that the degree of commitment of managers consolidating educational accountability of teachers in Côte d'Ivoire schools ranged from (high) and (weak), the statements came the consolidation of educational accountability requirements between the (very high) and (medium), the obstacles faced by managers when establishing educational accountability ranged between phrases (very high) and (weak), While the role of educational accountability in improving the professional performance of teachers ranged between phrases (very high) and (medium), the study recommended that schools adopt the principle of accountability of teachers and educational administrators, through the implementation of a procedural plan entrenched accounting policy and the integrity of the school.
