Abstract EN

This research focus on the question of "Poetic Writing" through the twoconcepts of synchronizationandconsecutive history; throughthe awareness of the position of Arabic poetry in the international and usage, and also in its consecutive progress in two important phases: Abbasid Modernism and Contemporary Modernism and Post- Modernism.

The aim of this research is to shape a concept on "Poetic Writing" in a way that enables understanding and knowing the conditions under which it emerged, grew, and matured in a phenomenon that is both indicative and distinctive.

This will be achieved through using the Phenomenal Philosophy in drawing up the terminology and determining its significance and also through benefiting from the structuralconceptin defining therulesandthe featurescomposingthe relative terminology.

It is our own concept for the "Poetic Writing" that has driven us to the conclusion that it is necessary to be totally aware of it through two integrated levels: First: Competence Level; which pertains to the rules, the laws,andthe regulations that establish Poetic Writing.

Second: Performance Level; which iscompetence beingmanifested in a creative action embodied in a writing text, and also this manifestation being of poetic features that give it a unique identity that distinguishes it from the others.

Therefore, poetic writing is the process of merging the competence with the performance concepts in terms of observing the rules that affect the writing text and determine the features that form its identity in the same time.

Accordingly, the above statement can be applied to two instances: First: Abbasid poetic modernism which includes: 1.

Competence Level; its rules are: (1) modernity (2) confrontation (3) workmanship (4) the text as the poetic focus.

Performance Level; its features are: (1) innovation (2) dynamicity and openness (3) corporeality and feminization (4) ambiguity (5) culture.

Second: Poetic Modernism and Post-Modernism which includes: 1.

Competence Level; its rules are: (1) Mohamed Banis’ rules of writing (2) Adonis’ rules of writing (3) SalahBusarif’s rules of writing.

2.PerformanceLevel; its features are: (1) signifier (2)body(3)place(4) time (5) poetic genders (6)discourse (7) ambiguity (8) reading.

This research intends to detail the rules and features in their most appropriated place depending on many poetic texts, both old and recent.
