Abstract EN

This study aimed at the relationship between organizational support perceived and the organizational commitment of the nursing staff in EPH of M'sila, on the grounds that organizational support understood by workers in the nursing profession can make a difference in shaping the organizational commitment desirable to have toward the hospital in which they work, also the study tried to detect the role of organizational support perceived in enhancing organizational commitment.

The study found that organizational support, including the perceived impact of (80.9%) of the discrepancy organizational commitment, the study also indicated that the support provided by the hospital enterprise-level positively contribute to raising the nursing staff's commitment and increase their association with the institution hospital.
