Abstract EN

The main objective of this study is to understand the impact of the use of the intranet on the communication between the human resources inside the enterprise.

And according to that, we want to determine the relationship between this internal communication among the employees and the use of web tools.Furthermore, the field study conducted at « Lafarge Company », in M’SILA, and we based on a exploratory qualitative research, so we used the interview as a main tool to collect data and information, where we have chosen a deliberate sample which contained four experts from Lafarge Company.

Thus, we used the qualitative data analysis software (Nvivo) which helped us to analyze the results of the interview with the expertsKFinally, these results of the interview showed clearly that the use of the intranet among the employees was very large, and there is a positive impact of the use of the intranet on the communication between the human resources in Lafarge Company, due to the use of web tools in swapping information and in encouraging collaborative work between the personnel
