Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to test the long-run relationship and the direction of causality between Money supply and Inflation in the Libyan Economy, using ARDL approach for the period (1970-2010).
The results indicate that, there are long-run relationship between money supply and inflation in Libya.
Also, Granger causality test biased on ECM indicatesuni-directional causality from M1 to inflation, which support monetarist view.
