Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the extent of the Balanced Scorecard measures use in the Algerian commercial banks performance evaluation, depending on a questionnaire designed according to the Fifth Likert’s Scale, and distributed on a sample of 34 Algerian commercial banks officials.

After data statistical analysis, the study resulted that the Algerian commercial banks use the Balanced Scorecard measures in their performance evaluation.

It has been also shown that the Algerian commercial banks depend on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard in evaluating their performance, inwhich they firstly depend on the financial perspective, followed by the customers perspective, then The internal business processes perspective and finally the learning and growth perspective
