Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the financial and political reality in Algeria thru our examination of the evolution of each of the political spending and public revenues, the budget within the Algerian economy balance during the study period, which its improvement always remains subjected to the vagaries of the oil collection at the world markets, as well as providing the most important features of the business environment for investment atmosphere in Algeria, using the most important international qualitative and quantitative indicators to monitor the business environment, we also seek though out this study to determine spending in Algeria political impact in attracting foreign investment, using common integration and test of causation for both Johansen and Granger.
