Abstract EN

The new institutional economics stresses on the importance of wider business investigation as a result of the interdependence between the different firms.

This issue led the new economic conception affected by the institutional development coming especially from the governance institutions.

The study indicates that the level of the governance in Algeria comparatively with the other countries during 1996-2015 is between moderate and bad which impacts negatively on the institutional economic situation in Algeria The study recommends improving the weaknesses in the governance proxies and calls for realizing the transparency and institutional credibility
