This study presents the grammatical impact on the formation of jurispru- dence rulings.

The researcher considered The Nouns Chapter in A1-Esnawi's book entitled A1-Kawkab A1-Dorry as the focus of the study.

The approach of the study is descriptive, analytic and comparative.

The study discusses the gram- matical issue and its idiosyncratic consequential impact.

In addition, it includes the various perspectives of the grammarians comparing them with the doctrines of jurists.

The study is introduced by a preface that reveals the great advantages of the Arabic language and its effects on the religious Islamic sciences espe- cially jurisprudence.
