Abstract EN

In order to assess the achievement of justice in the distribution of financial allocations for projects neighborly sustainable rural development PPDRI, we find adopted a quantitative analysis using appropriate statistical relations and of a factor of Gini and curve Lorenz to measure inequalities and optimal distribution of financial allocations for projects neighborly sustainable rural development for the years 2009 -2013 and this for each of the population factor, rural people, space and the space utilized effectively.

The most important results obtained there is a convergence in the use of the above factors mentioned in terms of the values obtained by the Gini coefficient, which means that justice in the distribution of financial allocations for projects neighborly sustainable rural development were not based on a specific factor, as the level of justice in the distribution was somewhat acceptable.
