The intervention of the criminal law in a lot of fields, both those related to the economic or social life, and the disturbed this situation a lot of the modern criminal jurisprudence who believes it is necessary to put an end to this intervention under the name of "The Reduction of Punishment." It was on the suggestion of some solutions as an alternative to sanctions penal, including the activation of the role of the administration towards their participation in controlling public system of economic, by enabling them to develop administrative sanctions for the stability of economic life, in the context of what is known as administrative punishments, so peculiar to administrative authorities independent of each one in the sector in charge of his administration
