This research aims to show the close linkage between the partial provisions contained in the Sunnah and the related general assets of Islamic law, and to demonstrate that this is the right way Which was followed by the Prophet peace be upon him and his noble Companions .

After that I've applied this way of understanding of the sunnah in several Jurisprudential issues where the disagreement among scholars In the ancient heritage and contemporary life and showing to what extent they are taking into consideration this way in understanding of the sunnah In order to show that the Islamic law is characterized by flexibility in the legislation of rulings, and able to serve the interests of the humankind until the day of resurrection.
