Abstract EN

This reserch deals with one of the applied methods to Writing the (fiqh) issues , which is about dividing the fikh issue into sections and parts, where every section takes its legitimate decision , so the study indicates the characteristics and the importance of the (fiqh) divisions, and brings to light some application forms on the (fiqh) divisions which characterized the Maliki doctrine, and highlights its effects and aims (maqasid).
