The present study aimed to identify the obstacles facing the gifted and talented pupils and proposed solutions to overcome these obstacles from the teachers consider the Qassim region.

and to know the differences in perception between teachers in a changing school district.

The study sample consisted of (86) male and female teachers in the Qassim region.

it has been the application of the tool which is a questionnaire distributed on five dimensions: field learning disabilities.

The question includes an open space allows the teacher have all the solutions and proposals which deems appropriate solutions to the obstacles facing the gifted and talented students.

It was followed descriptive analytical method in the study.

The study found many of the most important results: 1- educational obstacles came first and then administrative obstacles.

then family constraints.

and came these constraints the level of significance is high.

then self-constraint.

while the social obstacles came in last place and a mean was (2.78).

and the arithmetic average of the constraints as a whole (3.34).

and came with disabilities self and social obstacles as a whole the average level of significance.

2- The lack of a statistically significant due to the impact zone differences.

and teacher experience.

3- The lack of statistically significant due to the impact of sex except for the area of administrative and social obstacles and differences came differences in favor of male teachers.

4- The lack of statistically significant due to the impact of the stage of study in the areas as a whole.

and in the educational field.

and the presence of significant differences in administrative obstacles and social self and family for the benefit of the middle stage differences.
