Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the degree of teachers participation in schools decision-making in capital of Sana’a, through monitoring and reality in the following areas: student affairs, teachers, and curricula and methods of implementation, the local community, and school facilities and financial matters, to achieve the objectives of the research were to adopt a descriptive approach techniques ( analytical ), and the research community are all teachers of general education schools (basic - secondary) in Sana'a totaling (18578) teachers, the sample was selected randomly statistics from various districts of the capital Sana'a, reaching research astratified sample size (293) teachers from various scientific disciplines, the research found the following results: 1.

I got a whole areas on the arithmetic average (2.06), and a standard deviation (0.79), and the degree of teachers participation in school decision- making in Sana'a (a few).

There are no statistically significant differences between the research sample responses to the areas of participation in decision -making and school due to the variables of the research related to (type of school - grade - Qualification - years of experience).
