Greece has entered since the end of 2009 into the worst financial crisis ever, with ongoing repercussions to this day.

After the crisis of the public debt which upset the Greek economy, it is threatened with bankruptcy, on the one hand, it is unable to repay its debt, and on the other hand the impossibility of obtaining financing at took financial markets because of the very high interest rates.

Greece has sought the help of its European partners to avoid the risk of bankruptcy and default values.

On this basis, this document aims to highlight the Greek financial crisis, and the role played by the European Union in order to save it
