Abstract EN

The problem of employment is one of the most important problems in the public sector, that has faced many changes under the new public management in terms of the followed policy or the bodies responsible of its management, or the seeked objectives, in order to reform and develop it, through the transition from bureaucratic management of the public function to the new public management, by shifting business management tools to public management.

In this research paper we will try to discuss the employment policy evolution in Algeria, and the role of the employment agency in providing jobs under the new public management, and we tried to support the research by an empiric study at the employment agency– Tebessa- and we presented and analyzed employment statistics .
