Abstract EN

This article deals with one of the living threads in the economic institutions, which is the impact of informal organizations on the polarization of worker processes, with the projection study on one of these institutions: Elhodhna Mills Company in M'sila.

through this study we found that there were two reasons leading to the existence of the informal organizations, symmetry or functional Similarity as well as the spontaneous, it turns out that the informal organization has an impact on polarization process through of secrecy of vacancies Advertising , as well as seeking to employ its members, and there were no clear differences between individuals belonging to the different administrative levels in these results.
