Despite the importance of small and medium enterprise in Algeria, but it is facing a big problem in funding, particularly with regard to the relationship of the institution of the Bank and the absence of the stock market, this problem did not have a significant impact on the determinants of financial restructuring, to approve the determinants of financial restructuring in this article that was her knowledge by conducting a pilot study on a sample of small and medium-sized enterprises using multiple linear regression with the determinants of the financial restructuring of the institutions in the previous experimental studies model.
