Abstract EN

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of Internet use on human resource development in the economic institutions .

In order to control the development of human resources efficiently.

To achieve this objective, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to a random sample to 128 managers of 15 active economic institutions in M’sila district.

The most important results of the study showed that the degree of Internet use in the development of human resources in the institutions in the study were high.

And that there was no statistically significant differences over the use of the Internet in the development of human resources is due to the general differences variables.

The study also showed that the use of the Internet has a positive effect on the development of human resources in economic institutions under study.
