Abstract EN

The obsession food security has dominated on the minds of many nations , through the higher food prices , including wheat in 2008 due to high oil prices and fertilizer , the rapid changes in global climate severely influenced the agricultural products, as well as to increase the experiments to produce biofuels , which would increase the demand for certain food commodities , leading to a reduction in the area planted with wheat at the expense of other crops , which resulted in huge increases in the burden of food imports including the Arab countries and in spite of rising wheat prices worldwide, but it's a large proportion of the states have not reduced the size of imports of this crop as a food commodity strategy can not be dispensed with .

Search has been assumed that the factors leading to changes in world wheat prices is due in part to the effects of other markets as Corn market and the oil market and lead those changes impact negatively in the food security situation
