Abstract EN

Led investment information and communication technology in the banking sector to the emergence of electronic banking services have what distinguishes it from other traditional banking services of reliability and speed, accuracy and safety has made banks go hand in hand with this development, Vachtdt competition among themselves to provide these services and benefit from the advantages in online environment was for ATMs, electronic banking cards, systems and electronic payment lion's share of the banking market, and became active in the online environment, banks are obliged to achieve its objectives in the light of fierce competition by acquiring the largest market share and the largest segment of customers through the actual adoption of the banking business mail, Saudi Arabia and is considered a real model reflects the heightened competition between banks that exercise banking activities in an online environment where these banks worked to provide services of high quality and in the midst of an enormous number of these services are offered by many banks make the customer side with the bank, which satisfy their needs and meets their demands and since achieving this goal is to push and demand of each bank has intensified competition in the banking market and follow all competitive strategy the bank to achieve its objectives.
