Abstract EN

This paper aims to shed light on one of the most important and recent topics in Algeria, which is the Banking Insurance.

The analysis contains a review on the legal framework of banking insurance in Algeria and the most important agreements that have been held between the Algerian Insurance Companies and Banks.

The case study of this analysis has concerned with the applied agreement held between the Algerian Insurance Company CAAT and the Bank of Algeria BEA, M'sila Agency, and we have taken one bank's customer as a model.

and thus to clarify the procedures that occures between the insurance company and the bank regarding the condition they have set through the correspondace until clearing the insurance policy for the benefit of the bank in case the bank's costumer dies.
