محاولة بناء أنموذج لتطبيق نظام الوقت المحدد (JIT)‎ في المؤسسات الجزائرية

Abstract EN

Thanks to the Japanese, a lot of management notions have been emerged.

Among which there are Total Quality Management and Just In Time notions.These two notions help the company better use its resources by avoiding wastes and solving its problems in a comprehensive scheme in which each element (administration, individuals, costumers, general responsibilities, and continuous improvement….etc) integrates the other to reach excellence..

This study sheds the light on a general conception about managerial concepts and the principles Just In Time.

It deals also with the important systems and determines the sources of wastes, meanwhile the ways which help in preventing them in order to increase the company and individuals performance with the continual improvement.

Among the results the research reached is the conception of a modal to execute and benefit from the modal JIT using gaps method to help the company administration to get best output with best quality and low cost.
