One of the topics worthy of attention and investigation is the clarification that many of the jurisprudential rulings refer to what is known as "experience", which is often used in Ijtihad to know the legal rulings of the new matters and the developments.

Even in the level of fatwas, experience can play a fundamental role in the adoption of a legal ruling on a given issue, and among that is what is known in Maliki's jurisprudence as "the rulings of the married to" or the topic of the one who is overwhelmed with many obsessions - also known as obsessive-compulsive disorder.
