Abstract EN

The e- government performs an important demand which imposed by the electronic transformations, and implemented by the management reform programs; It considered as the basic stage in the era of the information revolution.

The e- government has a major role in improving government services, developing government performance, achieving participation and transparency, and developing business through the connection between citizens and government institutions, business institutions and civil society institutions with a unified electronic format.

This study aims at figuring out the concept of e-government, it brings also to the surface the presentation and evaluation Bahrain's experience in establishing e-Government.
