Terrorist activities have become widespread in time and space.

The gravity and threats of terrorist acts are increasingly visible in the international arena because of the large number of terrorist organizations that engage in terrorism involving unlimited violence.

All this has led the international community to come together under the banner of the United Nations to develop a strategy and mechanisms to combat this phenomenon From its roots after testing the option of the military solution that failed to eliminate the phenomenon of international terrorism or even reduce it.
