Abstract EN

The fact of being neighbors is considered a significant factor that helped the three ottoman countries, Algeria, Tunisia and Tripoli of the West, develop several relationships between each other.

These relationships created a connected cultural contact and a united maghrebian culture on the basis of a shared religious doctrine and educational programs.

Scholars and students themselves had a great role in the creation of this cultural contact through their journeys, dialogues and scientific debates.

This research paper aims at observing the roots of these cultural relationships and keeping track of its traces during the ottoman period in the maghrebian states' history.
