Abstract EN

The study aims at identifying the impact of the electronic management’s components in AL Rafedan Bank Performance improvement - The descriptive design , with a sample – survey approach , is used as appropriate ones for the filed study od social phenomena - Data of the study are analyzed through descriptive data analysis approach , cluster analysis approach , cluster analysis and factor analysis - The findings of the study can present a clear image about the levels of the direct effect of the electronic management on the performance - The study recommends that there is necessity to prepare and implement specialized programs which are concerned in electronic management for the preparation of managerial leaders in this field , Being relied on electronic learning curriculum in general and specifically electronic management .

- Recruitment specialized to implement banking work associated with Electronic management to improve Al – Rafedan Bank performance level.
