Abstract EN

To make administration transparence and offer better services to citizens, Algeria has tried to adopting the big project e-algeria 2013 to introduce communication technologies in all the government and its structures levels.

Algeria has followed some programs with the assistance of some countries which have experience in this field to rich the objectives in the appropriate time but the project is so far from these ones.

Our country is in the 132nd position in adoption of the egovernment according to a United Nations study (2012) contrary to others countries as the Arab Emirates (23rd position), Bahrain (36th position), Saudi Arabia (41st).

This position witch was made from exact indicators must been studied to know obstacles that make project not achieved.

The studies in this field allow in the same time to know how much the concept of e-government is adopted by the Algeria Government authorities.

We contribute to analyze this situation by studying some Algerian government web sites and making a survey to know the relation between citizens and government through services offered by these websites
