Abstract EN
This article aimed at studying the leading strategy of Djezzy Company in Algerian telecommunication sector, according to some structure changes.
The choose of this company is due to its working in two different of structures in mobile phone sector, moving from duopoly to oligopoly, In the first entry Djezzy has adopted an extension strategy to increase the market share and distribution outlets, also by using some promotion strategies to promote the business and attract potential customers, in short time Djezzy has been able to gain 80% as a market share.
But when Nedjma has entered to the sector some changes happened, decreasing the market share.
And this obliges Djezzy to adopt a new strategy based on the quality of service through improving the network quality and product differentiation strategy.
Consequently Djezzy was able to maintain its market share and its leading position in Algerian market taking advantage of its expertise in other markets in North Africa and the Middle East.
