Prince Khaled is considered one of the heroes of contemporary history of Algeria, his heroism emerged through several personal positions in the face of the colonial authorities.

He Has been challenged by the time where the Algerians haven't value in the early twentieth century, carry the people's demands to the Conference of world peace in 1919, and entered the local elections to deliver the voice of the people to the French platforms, and refused to compromise the interests of Algeria on its own interest expense, and the patience of the persecution and exile from his own country, the expatriate died in a longing to his beloved homeland in 1936.
