Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to study the effect of wages and salaries on economic development in the government sectors "Education as a model".

The descriptive approach, based on the analysis of original literature and references, was used to determine the relevance of the issue to the intended variables and the degree of their impact.

The researchers found several results the most important are; there is a positive relationship between the educational level and the salary that the employee deserves, and there is no relationship between the high salary of the teacher and the improvement of the educational system.

The researchers also made some recommendations, such as establishing a specialized fund for each education department that supported by private companies, charities, endowments and parents to provide financial support to schools in the governorates
