Abstract EN

The aim of the present paper was to know the effect of the on-the job training scheme applied in order to up heal the teaching performance of the primary _school teachers.

A satisfaction measure as well as the observation technique were applied on a sample of 60 newly recruited and permanent teachers.

The result revealed that : 1 _ there is a relationship between the teachers performance and their level of satisfaction about the on-the job training scheme.

2 _ there is a statistical significance between the pedagogical performance of the two types of teachers and above mentioned programme
