The research aims to look at the extent to which University Youth use the means of new media, and highlighted the implications and effects of new media from the youth point of view, and the extent to which the impact occurs, as well as to identify the youth's point of view in the scientific, ethical and credibility of what is broadcast and published through the means of new media, reaching the study sample (489) students, the search tool is a questionnaire consisting of two parts.

The researcher prepared and extract sincerity and persistence, either the main findings of the research were: that the majority of young people are using new media widely, and that the ethical dimension is more affected by means of new media, followed by family dimension, then the cultural dimension.

The results indicated that young people's views about the extent to which the various effects of the means of new media occur (whether within the near-term, medium-term or close) converged somewhat, as well as most of them are not sure of the fact that what is broadcast via the new media scientifically valid, and that the largest proportion of young people see that what is broadcast across new media morally valid, and when spend more hours of use of the means of new media have become more influenced by and are genuine believers are larger, and in the light of the results reached by the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals
