Abstract EN

The purpose of this paper is to identify the importance of Knowledge Management as a tool for addressing the changes and developments in the knowledge economy.

It also aimed to explore the role of organizational learning in the promotion of exercise excellence management in modern organizations.

The study concluded that the organization is an object lives on knowledge, for that departments in modern organizations cannot afford to neglect the issue of providing appropriate knowledge in the correct timing and confirm the sources used in decision-making, concepts of knowledge management has become a distinct management approach adopted by many developed organizations, benefit from the knowledge wealth available to them in guiding the organization and achieve its objectives.

The study also confirmed the need to promote organizational learning in order to create innovative knowledge organizations reap all the benefits of moving the first already existing competitive.
