This article deals with the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises which represent 94% of enterprises in Algerian.

This economic sector is susceptible to foreign competition the joining the World Trade Organization may pose some challenges on these enterprises.

This in fact leads us to make much attention in order To foster the positive aspects of such enterprises and create high level competence and competition among them given that the economic sector In Algeria witnesses scientific and technological progress.
