Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to check and analyze the availability level of human capital components including (knowledge and experiences; skills and capacities; inventive capital; leadership capital) in the studied companies, the study try to stand on the level achieving various dimensions of performance (financial dimension; internal processes; customers; learning and grow), and then determination the impact of human capital in raising the company’s performance.

The study reached a set of important results such as the availability level of the human capital average, acceptable achievement of performance dimensions, and the raise significant effect in the availability of human capital in raising the performance of studied companies.

Rely on the results of the study; we propose some recommendations, which should be taken in consideration by studied companies.
