Abstract EN

The problems resulting from the road traffic have become a scourge because of the different dangerous economic, ecological, psychological and social consequences suffered by the big cities and their inhabitants .

We can distinguish that the countries are different in the way of treating this scourge with respect to their economic capacities, so we notice rich and developed countries which were able to control the problem and mitigated its damages like all the European countries and the states united, then rich countries that hold large capacities however they still suffer and in a growing way the damage resulting from traffic problem as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and even Algeria, finally poor countries that suffer silently .

Both researchers have tried to establish an approach that citizenship and awareness can be a better alternative to apply the traffic code in Algeria
