The aim of this course is to introduce the research paper is to highlight the central devices of investment support (At the national level) where we find that the Algerian legislator established them to organize and conduct the portfolio of industrial real estate investments as well as a set of powers including the settlement of industrial and real estate investment disputes which consequently gives motivation and protection for national and foreign investors alike.
