Nationalist Russians saw in 2000 Russia as having seen an awakening in the international scene with the coming of Vladimir Boutin, and the newly strategy adopted based on varied national resources on top of them perhaps energy and military industry.

This last has become a strategic alternative to strengthen its regional and international return.

Of course making profit of the international upheaval right after 2001 and the Arab Spring.

Therefore, its natural resources will help Russia impose its political rules in playing the strategic bet in the regional dominance, and the search for provisions towards new markets in the world, through widening its agenda in the Middle East depending on regional partners such as turkey, Iran and Syria.

As a result, Russia is reinforcing its power position in the Arab region which known to be the basis of the global economy.

All this is for the hope of managing its security, economic and political situations, gain influence back through using power based on natural resources and most importantly perhaps hinder all dangers and occidental threats for containment in its vital arena.
