Abstract EN

This study aims at highlighting the extent to which the regional Administration with the financing independency this according to the attention of the Appliance of local Financing , the local Tax , also to the extent of controlling the regional Administration in the limitation of its financing sources .

This study finds that the financing independency which the law declar that the the current of the town hall and the province it does not have any its influence on the real subject, the follower of the local of the Tax and the financing in the majority of the towns hall it seems that not successand this lead to the regional Administration subsequent financing to the central Administration, it is relying on the programs that centrally financing.
