The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of one of the quantitative methods used to measure financial stability: early warning models.This method is commonly used by international financial and monetary institutions at the national and even international level, where the results are based on the adoption of measures that will maintain financial stability and overcome financial turmoil and crises when they occur.

The study concluded that the results of early warning systems in the assessment of financial stability lack precision and may be wrong sometimes, The study recommended not only the use of early warning systems and the need to follow other quantitative methods.
