The goal of our research is to survey highlights in one of the less considered aspects of accounting ; the recording of accounting transactions or more specificly monitoring the organization and following the procedures that aims to better traceability of reliable accounting information to satisfy its users needs.The relationship between organizational mode and information system, in particular the accounting information system, takes an increasingly importance especially when the firms grow up.
In this context the possession of a single information system including all the institution data becomes a diserable goal.

Notre recherche a pour but d’apporter l’éclairage sur un aspect de la comptabilité qui fait d’objet de peu de considération ; c’est l’enregistrement des opérations comptables ou plus précisément le suivi de l’organisation et les procédures qui permettent une meilleure traçabilité d’une information comptable fiable et pertinente qui satisfait les besoins de ses utilisateurs.
La relation entre mode organisationnel et système d’information, en particulier le système d’information comptable, prend une importance accrue surtout lorsque les frontières de l’entreprise s’étendent.
La détention d’un système d’information unique qui englobe toutes les données de l’entreprise devient donc un but à atteindre.
