Among obstacles of the foreign direct investment flow to the developing countries is non availability of the appropriate climate for this type of investment in this countries, and Algeria is one of them.
There fore, this research came purposely to display and analyze the principal international indices that have a connection to measurementof climate business environment for investment mentioned previously and the Algeria position in these indices during the period between 2005 and 2012.
And research came to find that there is no consistency between the different indices which are concerned to investment climate measurement, some of them was classified Algeria within the low risks degree or investment degree, while other indices classified Algeria within the high risks degree.
As some indices point out to the difficulty of the environment climate and weakness of credibility and competitiveness in Algeria

Parmi les obstacles des flux de l'investissement direct étranger aux pays en voie de développement l'absence du climat de ce type d'investissement dans ces pays y compris l'Algérie.
De ce fait cette étude vise l'exposition et l'analyse des principaux indicateurs internationaux qui mesurent le climat des affaires de l'investissement précité, ainsi la position de l'Algérie dans ces indices pendant la période allant de 2005 à 2012.
Il ressort de la présente étude qu'il n'y a pas de coïncidence entre les déférents indices concernés par le climat d'investissement où l'Algérie a été classée au degré d'investissement ou de faibles risques, cependant d'autres indices classent l'Algérie au degré d'haut risques.
Ainsi que quelques indices indiquent les difficultés du climat des affaires et la faiblesse de la transparence et la compétitivité en Algérie.
