Abstract EN

The deepen crisis in Iraq is ranging from constitution that was formulated by the American occupation of Iraq.

The system depends on sectarian quotas, starting from the transitional Governing Council which was formed on 13/7/2003, until now.

Iraq is still suffering from a comprehensive national crisis which characterized by: inefficiency of political process that based on ethno-sectarian division, persistence of violence, this two pillars are hindering the process of state and society reconstruction.

In addition, the behaviors of political parties and movements after 2003 making crisis more deepened in the shadow of absence of a comprehensive national vision.

The political system became infective during ISIS control on territories in Iraq after 2014, at the same time, it impacted society and its components which lead to regions and ethnicity loyalties on the one hand, and may strengthen division and dismantling on the other hand.

Iraq needs political factions believe in real reforms, supporting "Iraqi citizenship", formulating a state of citizenship, encourage people's participation, and establishment of institutions and social society on the basis of competence and experience, not on religion or ethnicity.
