Abstract EN

The poetic themes may tend toward a certain theme which it bends into to produce certain theme that distinguishes it from the other.

But it affiliates to it from a distance.

Courting, for example, relates to eulogy in a horizontal relation.

It is the numeration of the woman’s graces.

Elegy is the numeration of the graces of the dead.

In wisdom the graces of time are being mentioned while in description poetry the graces of nature are the target.

All these in a horizontal line: We shall prove this in the axis of the study.

Throughout the findings of the study we conclude: 1) The poet tried to restrict the purposes of the Arabic poetry like (Elegy, eulogy, Courting, description and pride, etc.0 in Satire and Eulogy.

2) Courting meets courting in the numeration of the beloved woman’s graces.

3) Elegy meets eulogy in praising the dead.

4) The poet praises the experiences of life and dedicated it to other like wisdom.

5) The poet moves to the praising of wine, describing and enumerating tis types in a wine poem.
