As many Islamic Science,the science of Maqasid alsharie (spirit of juristdiction) emerged gradually.

By revewing its history you can recognize that its foundations was scattered in the Quran, prophetic tradition and combinions tradition (and thought) Later on by gradient it developed in scholars writings and books to reach further in the science of Usul al-feqih(the foundation of Islmic juristprodence) at this stage it was familiar,formal and well recognize.

It has become a science in its current form that has its foundations and writings which difine it from other sciences
